By accessing and using Fun Pal App, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Fun Pal is intended for entertainment purposes only.
The App features two modes:
- Party Mode: Designed for adult and social gatherings.
- Family Mode: Designed for family-friendly fun and suitable for users of all ages.
You must select the appropriate mode based on your audience. If you are under 13 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Fun Pal. You agree to use the App responsibly, in a way that complies with all applicable laws and respects other users.
You may not use Fun Pal for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you are violating these Terms or using the App inappropriately.
We do our best to make Fun Pal fun, reliable, and safe to use. However, we can't guarantee that the App will always work perfectly or be free of bugs or interruptions. By using Fun Pal, you agree to use it "as is" and understand that we are not responsible for any issues that arise during use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Pal and its owners, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may update or modify the App at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The App, including its content, features, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
